Sitting Fees:
~Seniors, Teens and Tweens, Children, and Babies (approximately an hour at location to be determined and 20 to 30 edited images for your viewing):
$25.00, includes one 5X7 of your choice
~Families (approximately an hour at a location to be determined and 20 to 30 edited images for your viewing):
Groups of 2 to 7...$25.00, includes one 5X7 of your choice
Groups of 8 or more…40.00, includes one 5X7 of your choice
~Sports Session (photographing a game/event for approximately an hour and focusing on getting special images of your child; number of images dependent upon circumstances):
$30.00, includes one 5X7 of your choice
~Special Events: Contact me. Pricing is dependent upon the amount of time required and location of “shoot.”

There are two ways to purchase...
1. You may purchase a CD or DVD (your choice) with ALL images from our session for $250.00. This allows you to print your own images, if you desire, or use them how you wish (Facebook, Xmas Cards, Graduation Announcements, etc) and not break Copyright Laws. ...OR...
2. You may purchase individual images or prints in any size directly from me. Individual images are not for sale on a CD or DVD; it's either all of them or none of them in regards to Copyright Law.
Common Professional Print Sizes and Prices (your choice of lustre/matte or metallic/glossy finish):
8 wallets of same image - $15.00
4X6 image - $5.00 each OR
~5-10 4X6’s - $4.00 each, 11-20 4X6’s - $3.50 each, 21 or more 4X6’s - $3.00 each
5X7 image - $10.00 each
8x10 image - $15.00 each
10X13 image - $20.00 each
11x14 image - $25.00 each
16X20 image - $50.00 each
20x24 image - $75.00 each
24x36 image - $100.00 each

*All prints are available and can be ordered in a variety of sizes ranging from wallets up to a 30X40. If you are interested in anything other than the typical sizes listed above, please just let me know and I can email you various unusual sizes and quote you prices.

*Most people want larger images mounted. Mounting is available on all images as well; if interested, let me know. The price for mounting is in addition to the print price…depending on the options you choose. Mounting options include foamcore, mat board (single and double), and gatorboard (3/16” and ½” thickness).

*CUSTOMIZABLE PRODUCTS may be ordered. Look for a list of items available to be ordered soon. Framing is also available. Let me know if interested, and I am able to show you choices.

Sales and Use Tax: If you purchase through the website, it is automatically calculated by your zip code.
All sales and services regarding digital images TAKEN (where sitting fees are applicable), DELIVERED, OR SHIPPED in or to the state of NC must include appropriate taxes (state and local).
*If it is a local sale (where I am delivering or you are picking up the photographs), then the applicable tax is 7.75%.
*If I am shipping the photographs to you IN NC, I must collect YOUR applicable sales tax as it relates to the COUNTY of your shipping address.
*If you are purchasing and having photographs shipped to a state OTHER THAN NC, sales tax is NOT CHARGED due to intrastate commerce laws. Again, sales taxes are NOT charged on those purchases being shipped to other states; only shipping rates apply to those sales.

Shipping (for those purchasing online and needing photographs to be mailed):
At the current time, I am charging a flat rate of $7.00 for shipping a package or images that are not larger than but including 8X10 sizes.
For larger images (anything larger than 8X10), I will charge a flat rate of $15.00.
This is subject to change in the future (higher or lower).

Turnaround Time:
Typically, I am able to edit images and post on the website in a category for you to view within a week. The images may be “password protected”, if you communicate that you want this. Otherwise, they may be viewed by others visiting the site. I will leave the album online for approximately a month. This enables you and your extended family to view images and communicate with me about any purchases. All images are copyrighted. After that time, the images may be removed (depending on the volume of images in categories). When you place an order, it should be fulfilled within a two week period or sooner. If images need to be shipped to you, I will have them shipped to me first in order to view them and ensure accuracy. Then, I will send them out to you!
